7day JR PASS to Yunishigawa

I have a 7day whole Japan JR PASS it only says that Nozomi shinkansen and Mizuho lines are not included. I used hyperdia.com to check my train options for february 8, 2020 10AM Tokyo to Yunishigawa.
However, is it correct that I learned that JR Pass is NOT valid to

1) Tobu Kinugawa line
2) Nikko Line
3) Tobu-Nikko Line

But, when i Checked the JRpass website, it says that JRpass is valid to Tobu Line which I have no Idea if this goes upto Yunishigawa because I can't seem to find the Tobu Line in the map.
