Hello, my bf and I are visiting Japan in 3 weeks. We were wondering if it is worth it to purchase a 7 day JR Pass for our itinerary. Also, what type of JR Pass would we need?
We will be arriving at Haneda and staying in Tokyo for the first 3 days. Then we plan to go to Kawaguchiko for 2 days. After, we will be spending 3 days in Osaka. Then back to Tokyo for our last day to catch our flight home.

A 7-day JR Pass is worth considering if you can use it for travel to Osaka and back to Tokyo.
You can also use the JR Pass for local JR lines in Tokyo and Osaka, as well as travel to Haneda Airport/Narita Airport.
