I checked your trip, and really love the selection you made. It includes many of my personal favourite destinations in Japan, many I've recommend countless times here on the forum. The pacing is also good with at least 2 nights in nearly each destination.

As for transport, I think you will be best off getting normal JR tickets as you would not make savings with a pass. You can make some savings by looking at local transport passes, think of the Hakone Free Pass, there are also different passes available for travel around Izu.

I think the Hokuriku Arch Pass is good for you. That's what I used when I travelled from Tokyo -> Kanazawa -> Osaka -> Kyoto -> Tokyo. Although I don't know if Takayama and Kiso are covered on the pass.
