Kobe cruise terminal to Kyoto

Dear Sir,
My husband and I are going to Kyoto after our cruise docks in Kobe cruise terminal.

The Kyoto Ana Crowne hotel gave me following instructions:
 "From Kobe Port Terminal to Kyoto station, you should take Kobe Shin Koutsu Port liner from Port Terminal to Minomiya.and then take JR Tokaitosanyohonsen from Minomiya station to Kyoto station".

I cannot find Minomiya anywhere nor could I find the JR Tokaitosanyohonsen .
Please help.

What is the cheapest way to do this and then go to Tokyo after 4 days? We go back to the US after Tokyo.
