We will land at Kix (Osaka) on October 1st 2018 and to stay in Kyoto 5 days by visiting all around Arashiyama and Nara then we will make the following trip
Kyoto -> Himeji -> Hiroshima -> miyajima next day
Hiroshima -> matsuyama -> Myoshi ( Iya valley) -> Naruto -> Takamatsu -> Okayama -> Osaka (4 days visiting around)
and Return to Osaka 4 days and to take plane to Kix ( Osaka)

Hi there,
I would go for a 5 day Setouchi Area pass or 7 day Japan Rail Pass from travel from Kyoto - Himeji - Hiroshima [...] and return to Osaka before the pass expires. The setouchi pass also covers the ferry from Hiroshima to Shikoku/Matsuyama and would be the more economic option.
