14 days pass, is it worth it?

I would like to know if my itinerary requires a 7 or 14 days JR pass.

Day 1 and 2: Tokio
Day 3: Tokio-Fukuoka
Day 4: FUKUOKA
Day 5: FUKUOKA-HIROSHIMA
Day 6: Hiroshima-MIYAJIMA-Osaka
Day 7: Osaka
Day 8: OSAKA-KIOTO
Day 9: KIOTO-NARA-KIOTO
Day 10: KIOTO
Day 11: KIOTO-TOKIO
Day 12: TOKIO
Day 13: TOKIO-NIKKO-TOKIO
Day 14: TOKIO-TOKIO AIRPORT

Hi there,

You will be covering a lot of miles and a JR Pass would be very helpful here. Going to Fukuoka from Tokyo alone costs ¥ 22,130, which is nearly half the cost of a 14 day JR Pass. You'll make outstanding savings with all the additional travel and I would certainly recommend a 14 day JR Pass.
