Hi there I am travelling Japan for 12 days with my wife and 3 month old son
First time trip to Japan
Is JR pass is worth for us if we have a trip
Day 1- arrive Osaka
Day 2- Osaka
Day 3- Hiroshima (1 day back to Osaka )
Day 4- Osaka
Day 5- Tokyo
Day 6- Mt Fuji
Day 7 - Tokyo
Day 8 - Tokyo
Day 9 - Osaka
Any suggestion how I can make my trip wonderful and enjoyable as I want to explore Japan as much as I can Is it good idea to travel Mt Fuji with 3 months baby.
Can you suggest me the right trip idea and place to visit during my holiday

Hello there,

Yes using a JR Pass here would be a great help. Going to Hiroshima from Osaka and back is around 20,000yen and going from Osaka - Tokyo around 14,000yen. This way you will more than cover the price of a 7 day JR Pass (29,100yen) and make good savings.

I don't see any problems with visiting Fuji with your baby, however you may want to look at more relaxed travel options of going there. Such as a direct express bus.

I also recommend a visit to Miyajima with the JR Pass. The island is one of the top visits in Japan and the ferry is covered by the JR Pass.
