I recently bought a JR pass from your website, and wanted to see if I’d be able to reserve my seat in advance to arriving in Toyko? I believe I should be receiving the Pass by tomorrow in the mail to Los Angeles, then I arrive in Toyko 5/6. Is there anyway to reserve my seats using the voucher I will be getting in the mail? If I can’t reserve my seat is there a way to check seat availability on the different trains? We land around 4pm and need to take the bullet train to Kyoto from Tokyo that day so want to make sure there is room for 3 people! If it’s a no on either of those, is there a way to go about receiving a refund and buying from the official site? Thank you in advance!
