What do you recommend for a family of four traveling on 6/30, touchdown in Tokyo but we need to get to Yokohama by 7/2 to catch our cruise. Then we get back to 7/14 at Yokohama going to Osaka for 3 days, then we go back to Tokyo for our fight back to the US.
Is it worth it to buy the Jpass for the trip?

I would recommend purchasing your rail tickets individually as I believe that will be the most cost-effective option, however if you feel that a pass is best suited to you a JR Pass will still cover all of your rail journeys and will include free travel on the Osaka Loop metro line and the JR Yamanote metro line in Osaka and Tokyo respectively.
