So I paid for two 14 day passes. A lot of money for me and
I’m worried as I didn’t receive a confirmation email afterwards. My order number is 2343969
Can this me looked into. I have already emailed the support
Email but have not got a reply and this was three days ago.
Please help and give some reassurance I havnt been scammed.

I'm really sorry you haven't received a response from our support team, unfortunately I can't help you with anything because I don't handle any support related to the orders. Please try emailing our support team again with your order number and they should be getting back to you quickly - but note that if your payment has gone through then the exchange orders have probably been dispatched already. Any reason that you haven't received a confirmation email is a system error.
Sorry about this, I hope that you can get in contact with our team as soon as possible. I understand that these passes cost a lot of money so I'm very sorry about all of this.
