I would like to enquire about the shinkansen that goes from Tokyo --> Mt Fuji --> Osaka.
I would like to know how long the traveling time is for this itinerary if I would like to stay one night at Mt Fuji before continuing on to Osaka.

Hi there,
Travel from Tokyo to Osaka is about 3 hours. It may be longer, depending on where you stop for Fuji.
For easy viewing I recommend visiting Hakone or Shizuoka.

Sorry to bother you again but i would also like to know if the JR pass can be used for the shinkansen ride going from osaka to fukuoka and also if there is any, may i know how long will it take?

The JR Pass is also valid the Shinkansen from Osaka to Fukuoka. It takes about 160 minutes.
