Hi there!
The best way from Haneda to Osaka with a JR Pass is to hop on the monorail to Hamamatsucho, and then use the JR Yamanote to transfer to Shinagawa. At Shinagawa you can pick up the Bullet train down to Osaka. The total journey time will be approximately 3h 45m. This route is 100% covered by the JR Pass.
