Hi Daniel,
Pls check the status of our 2 separate orders. First is order # 1893293 and the second is 1893312.
We both ordered the JR Pass on Sunday, May 07, 2023 and as of today it is Wednesday, May 10, 2023.
We still have not gotten an email to let us know that the ticket has been dispatched or received any tracking number. We leave California, USA on Friday, June 02, 2023.
Pls provide me with an update. Thank you. Efren

Hi Efren,
Both your orders are being processed with tracking 398158813486 & 398158668248 FedEx Priority.
Between staff getting the flu and people coming back from Golden Week, it has been a crazy busy week, and we're prioritizing orders with short lead times. We're working hard to get everyone's order shipped.
Again apologies for the delay, your passes are on their way and should arrive well on time for your travel. At the same time, we ask you not to send us multiple message through different channels, as it does create a lot of extra work and causes more delays. Thank you for your understanding.

Thanks for the response and the info regarding the FedEx tracking number. I posted on this website and emailed you on my personal email, since I was not getting any updates. I apologize for creating any extra work or delays but I needed to do what I had to do in order to get updates.
Either way, I appreciate the info and I look forward in getting the tickets. Thanks.
