I ordered my pass today but am leaving for japan tomorrow. Can I pick up my passes in Tokyo?

Hi there,
If you ordered the pass from our site, then the exchange orders are being mailed to whichever address you chose to input. You can contact our support team at [email protected] to see if they'll be able to send the exchange order to your accommodation in Japan, but do this as soon as possible as the time window is quite small.
