I had ordered a pocket wi-fi and a meet and greet with my JR Pass but I had to cancel my trip to Tokyo due to inclement weather. Are those items also in the refund? or do I only get my money back from the JR PASS? also what is the average time for a response from support? I have not gotten a response in days.

Refunds are decided on a case by case basis by our team. Usually we reply within 1-2 business days. Due to the extreme weather conditions in Japan, this may be longer.
