Hi there,
Assuming you'd complete the full trip (or at least return to Tokyo) before the pass expires, then a 14-day JR pass will be beneficial on this route. This is since you have different long distance trips, like Aomori and Hiroshima, that without the pass can add up to a high amount in fares.
