Hi, our flight arrives pretty late into Narita. Is it real that we won't be able to exchange our vouchers for passes after 9:45pm? We were really hoping to be able to use them for the train ride into Tokyo. Any advice would be great, thanks!

Hi there,
Yes, the JR East ticketing office closes at 21:45 at the last train into Tokyo departs at 23:00.
You can activate the JR Pass the following morning at any major station.
