JR Pass usage

Hi,
We will be in Tokyo for a few days then go to Yokohama to board a cruise ship and would like to know if we purchase 7 days JR Pass and use for the following trip:

From Narita Airport to Hanzomon station
From Hanzomon station to Mt Fuji and back to Hanzomon
From Hanzomon station to Kyoto and back to Hanzomon station
From Hanzomon station to Osanbashi cruise terminal

Also, which line can we use to travel in Tokyo.

Hi there,

Hanzomon is a Tokyo Metro station on the Hanzomon line and not a JR Pass, there is a convenient JR station closeby called Yotsuya Station. From here you can get on the JR Yamanote line to Tokyo station, from where you can use the bullet train to cities like Kyoto and Yokohama (for the cruise terminal).
