Hi, im traveling between Okayama station to Uno station on 18th march and Uno station to okayama station on 19th march. Can i use this pass? if so how can i transfer from shinkansen train to regular one (i bought different shinkansen ticket)

Hi there,
Yes, you can use local JR lines between both stations.
Just exit the Shikansen part of the station and transfer to the local lines.

So I just need to show those passes to transfer? How do i get my seats reserved in the local lines?

Yes, just show the pass at the ticket gate.
Most local trains do not have reserved seats, if they do, then you can reserve them at any JR ticket window.
