Does a 7 JR pass are time to time from first train activation (for example Sunday 14 PM -time of train
to Saturday same time 14PM
or it is full day on Saturday until midnight.
Can we activate the pass fews days before the first train?
or the activation start the during of the JRPASS?

The time at which you activate the JRPass won't affect how long it lasts, e.g. if you were to activate it on Sunday at 14:00 it would be valid for the entire day of the next Saturday.
The days start counting down once you activate it, so the best thing to do is to activate it when you want to begin using it to travel.
