We travel in Japan with 4 persons. One off us is disable and he is ussing a wheelchair.
Must we buy a special Japan Rail Pass? We wait at your answere.

You don't have to buy a special rail pass. You may also request assistance for JR Staff as needed through the JR East Info line, for details see:
