I purchased a 14 day pass which I will start to use in May and have decided to stay longer can I upgrade from the 14 day to a 21 day pass?

Hi there,
Once a Japan Rail Pass exchange order has been issued it cannot be extended, so you will have to return and refund your 14 day rail pass and repurchase a 21 day rail pass. If you are a jrpass.com customer, please contact [email protected] with your order reference number and they will be able to help your further.
