Can I use the Kansai Hiroshima regional pass on Shinkansen from Osaka to Hiroshima? If yes, is there an additional fee for a reserved seat?

Hi there,
Yes but you can't use reserved seats, i.e. you'll have to come a bit earlier to the track to line up for a non-reserved seat.
