I have been looking at the JR pass and I am getting a little confused with my journeys . Me and my partner are going to be in Japan for 7days. Most of our trip we are in Tokyo . We will be flying into Haneda airport and staying in shirogane from shirogane we are travelling to Mount Fuji staying in gotemba. From gotemba we will then be travelling back to nihonbashi and our final journey will be from nihonbashi to haneda airport.

Hi there,
Do you mean this Shirogane station? If so, then I certainly recommend using a 7 day JR Pass. A one way Tokyo - Shirogane alone is ¥ 16,310 and visiting Fuji and Gotemba before returning to Tokyo will give you very good savings compared to purchasing normal tickets when traveling.
