We will arrive at Narita Airport and leave from Osaka. I want to purchase only one way from Tokyo to Kyoto. Purchasing the / days pass is not worthing...
Can I only purchase Tokyo-Kyoto one way and one day?

Yes, you can make a purchase for an individual one-way ticket. This can be done at Tokyo Station at a travel desk or ticket machine, or on the Navitime Website.
