Day 9 - 14 (Tokyo, including back to Haneda airport)

I checked prices of normal tickets for you, to see if a JR Pass would be helpful. Here's what I found:
Osaka - Hiroshima ¥ 10,230
Hiroshima - Osaka ¥ 10,230
Osaka - Kyoto ¥ 560
Kyoto - Tokyo ¥ 13,600
Tokyo - Hakone (Odawara station) return ¥ 7,480
For a total of ¥ 47,190 or ¥ 18,090 in savings as the 7 day JR Pass is ¥ 29,110.

Hi Ben,
The local JR network is Tokyo is covered by the JR Pass. This is very extensive and will get you to most places in Tokyo.
The metro is not included.
