Hi Daniel,
Would the JR Pass cover travel to any of the following places, if not, what it the best ticket to use:

  1. Travel from hotel in Shinjuku to Tokyo Tower
  2. Travel from Tokyo Tower to Omoide Yokocho
  3. Travel from hotel in Shinjuku to Tsukiji Fish Market
  4. Travel from Tsukiji market to Ginza
  5. Travel from hotel in Shinjuku to Meiji Jingu
  6. From 5 above, to Harajuku, Omote Sando and Shibuya Crossing.

Hi Joburger,

The JR Pass can be used for travel to most of these places. However Tokyo tower does not have a JR station close. To get there, use to Tokyo Metro either to Akebanebashi or Kamiyacho, you can walk from both to Tokyo tower. For this I would suggest just buying a normal ticket.

For Tsukiji and Ginza, the closest JR Station is called Yurakucho. Its about 5-10min to Ginza from there.
