You could do THIS taking about 409 Minutes / Transfers: 5.

In addition it is also unusable for travel to Uji (and back again).

So there's no local trains to and from Uji? Seishun Kippu is not usable in anyway going to Uji even a few trains?

JR Nara Line Rapid Service from kyoto or nara is not usable with seishun kippu?
