I recently ordered my JRpass online yesterday 3/27/2023. I have receive my order number but I haven't receive any tracking number for order yet and a day have past already. I just want to know what is the status of my JRpass because i haven't receive any tracking number yet. My order number is 1821267.

is there a number that i call for customer service. I ordered my JRpass online on Monday 03/27/2023 and i have receive an email that i was dispatched yesterday Wednesday 03/29/2023. now i have receive an email today Thursday 03/30/2023 that my package is now rescheduled to Monday 04/03/2023 and my flight going to Japan is that date 04/03/2023. i thought its a fedex/ups next day shipping, this is a week now to get my pass. i need help on this, either i get my pass on Sunday 04/02/2023 or just give me a refund. Pleaser respond asap if possible.
