Visit Japan (21/03~31/03/2015)

Hi there,

I have a plan to visit Japan from March 21 to March 31 2015 as below:

3/21 7 am Tokyo Narita airport to Tokyo station, Niigata
3/22 Niigata back to Tokyo
3/23 Tokyo to Kyoto
3/24 Kyoto
3/25 Kyoto to Osaka
3/26 Osaka to Kobe/Nara
3/27 Osaka to Tokyo
3/28 Tokyo to Kamakura/Yokohama/Kawaguchiko
3/29 Tokyo to Hitachi Park
3/30 Tokyo
3/31 Tokyo to Haneda 5 pm flight

My schedule is easy to travel?Can you advise on what passes to purchase to make the trip cost efficient?
And Can I get JR Pass at Narita Airport?
I hope that at the end of March I can see cherry blossom.
