Lost jr pass

I'm sorry to hear about your lost pass, unfortunately a pass can't be reissued, as it is a physical document. The best option is to trace back your steps and see if the pass can be found. Japan is the safest country, and often passes are returned to the closest JR station. Most JR stations have a lost and found department and that would be the best place to start.

Alternatively, you could look at getting a 2nd pass.
