Tokyo - Hakone (Odawara station return) ¥ 7,480
Tokyo - Hiroshima ¥ 18,560
Hiroshima - Miyajima (return, including ferry). ¥ 1,180
Hiroshima - Kyoto ¥ 11,090
Kyoto - Nara ¥ 710
Nara - Tokyo ¥ 14,140

For a total of ¥ 64,320 or ¥ 17,930 in savings as the 14 day JR Pass is ¥ 46,390. I would recommend the 14 day JR Pass, because most of your travel is spread over a period longer than 7 days.
