is the rail pass worth it

3 friends and I are going to japan from the 22nd of january until the 9th of february.
the following places I am going to until these dates
osaka 23rd-27th
Madarao 27th-31st
kyoto 31st-3rd
tokyo 3rd-9th
with these dates in mind, would i be able to purchase one of the 1, 2 or 3 week rail passes before the prices increase, and if so how do i go about it and which one should i buy

Hi there,

Sorry for the delay in response, we're getting many many many queries right now due to everyone ordering at the last moment.

I looked at your trip but could not find a pass that would help you make savings. You will also be traveling during the new year period and may want to book your seats early. For those two reason, my advice is to buy normal tickets (ahead of time).
