Should we get a JR Pass for our trip?

Hi! We are planning our travels for our upcoming trip to Japan in May - here is the itinerary.

Should we get the 7-day JR Pass for the last 7 days, and supplement it with the IC card for the first days in Tokyo?

Day 1 Tokyo
Day 2 Tokyo
Day 3 Tokyo - Kawasaki region
Day 4 Tokyo
Day 5 Tokyo to Kyoto
Day 6 Kyoto
Day 7 Kyoto to Osaka for a day trip
Day 8 Kyoto to Yoro/Site of Reversible Destiny for a day trip
Day 9 Kyoto to Tokyo
Day 10 Tokyo
