Should we buy a JR Pass or not

Hi there, we will be travelling to Japan on August 16, and there will be a group of 4-5 adults. And we want to ask you guys should we buy a JR Pass or not. Here below is out itineraries
Day 1 we will be arriving in Haneda airport and go straight to Tokyo.
Day 3 we will be go to Mt. Fuji from Tokyo
Day 4 we will br go to Shizuoka from Mt. Fuji
Day 5 we will be go to kyoto from shizuoka
Day 7 we will be go to Osaka fron kyoto

I dont know if out itineraries ia correct or no. This is our first time going to Japan. If it's something that we should have change in our itineraries, please tell me. And I will be wait for you reply.
