Hiroshima to Haneda Airport

There are (almost) no night trains in Japan. With a departure at 6.35am, it would mean that you have to be at Haneda or at least Tokyo the evening before. Given that there is almost no public transport at night, I would book a hotel near Haneda or stay overnight at the airport itself.

The route from Hiroshima to Haneda looks as follows: use the Sakura Shinkansen from Hiroshima to Shin-Osaka, there transfer to the Hikari Shinkansen bound for Tokyo. At Tokyo use the Yamanote line to Hamamatsucho, from there use the Tokyo Monorail to Haneda Airport. Route is fully covered by the JR Pass.
