Hi
I am travelling on a JR Railpass with Ninja Wifi modem package included.
The modem worked perfectly until it ran out of power. After recharging it it does not switch on anymore.
How can i get it fixed or exchanged.
I am currently in tokyo and still have two weeks left of travelling all over Japan.
I hope you can assist please!

My suggestion would be to contact NinjaWifi directly as we are separate companies and their support will hopefully resolve any technical issues you’re experiencing. Sorry to hear that.
