I have been trying to contact this company for over a week. I have sent four separate emails and received no response despite a 1 business day response time listed on their website. I am extremely disappointed.

I had sent all of the emails from the email associated with this account to '[email protected]'. My order number is 1844609 and I am no longer traveling to Japan and was looking to get a refund on my pass. I appreciate you reaching out Daniel.
