I recently purchase JR railpass tohoku 5 day via travel agency but when i received online voucher name and surname in the wrong position (but it spelled correctly)
I already contact the travel agency (but still no update) so is this voucher gonna be valid?

Hi there,
Your JR Pass voucher should match your passport, JR may not exchange your voucher if there is a mismatch.
You should contact your point of sale to get the pass reissued.
