i chose a wrong address for my delivery choosing hong kong instead of sapporo. what can i do?? i already texted support but didn’t get answer

I’m sorry to hear you haven’t heard a response from our support team, as that is the only option available for queries to existing orders. My suggestion would be to email again, at [email protected] to see if you can make any changes to an existing order or if you can make a new order and be refunded for the previous one.
