Wondering is this pass is cost effective

Hi all,

Hoping for some clarity. There is 4 of us heading to Japan in December.
Itinerary is pretty simple -
Fly into Heneda
Staying in Ginza for 7 nights and exploring Tokyo
Tokyo to Zao Onsen for 6 days of Skiing
Zao Onsen to Haneda

would appreciate advice on best cost effective way to get around as per the above

Hi there,

I wouldn't suggest purchasing a JR Pass as it is unlikely that for your itinerary it would be a cost-effective option.
