Hello im supposed to arrive in narita on 21st of may from india .
but i wish to use the JR pass, which i’m keen on ordering, from 24th may till 30th may .
Can i collect the pass from narita upon arrival ?
can i then do my reservations from an automated machine in narita itself ?
will someone help me if i have the reservation details ready with me , in english?

Hi there,
You can activate the exchange order we provide as soon as you arrive at Narita and then set the activation date for the 24th. You can then begin making reservations, which can be done at a machine or a manned ticket office - at a ticket office it may be easier for you as you can tell the JR employee where you want to go to and from and they will help you take care of it.
