I am leaving for Japan Dec 24 and I forgot to buy the JR pass!!! can I still order and receive on time? I am in the US and delivery said "next day"!! can anyone confirm please!!! THANKS!!!!

Yes shipping to the US is overnight in many cases. So you should receive your pass right days before the 24th.
