Hi, I would like to purchase my 21-day green car JR pass as I normally do prior to my trip to Japan (trip is in late-September). But there's still a lot of flux around whether borders will be open for American citizens by then. If I were to purchase the pass, am I able to get a 100% refund if I'm unable to make it to Japan due borders not being open yet?

Hopefully Japan will have started opening again by September.
During check-out, we offer Any Reason Cancellation Protection, you will be given a 100% full refund no matter what, if you choose this during checkout. Otherwise, the normal cancellation policy applies.
