I am from Kuwait and I want to buy the JR Pass. Do I need to receive the an actual Exchange Order via mail? or can I simply print an electronic Exchange Order then bring the it with my to Japan to get the actual JR Pass?

Hi Hani,
We have to ship you the actual pass by mail (FedEx). It is not possible to print your own voucher.
