I recently purchased the 5 day northern Kyushu pass. I received an e ticket via email. Is this e ticket the exchange voucher or do I need to wait for a physical voucher to arrive?

Hi there,
If you’ve received an e-ticket, you then need to go to an eligible station in the Northern Kyushu Area and pick up the pass from a ticket office.
