Hello.
I planning traveling to Japan on June 2013.
I arriving in Narita 14th June and want hit to Osaka.
on 15th June going to Kobe and back again to Osaka
on 16th June going to Kyoto abd back again to Osaka
on 18th June going to Nagoya after that 19th going to Shinjuku,Tokyo
from 20th to 22nd will in Tokyo city for go around the city.
23nd morning will start from shinjuku station to narita airport.

Can you suggest take 7 days or 14 days JR Pass
Can you info the train and schedule for above dates.
Hoping you can helping me.

Hi there,

I think a 7 day Railpass will suit you very well.
You could start using at the day you arrive on the 14th and use it until you arrive in Tokyo. If you want to travel a lot around in Tokyo consider using a Metro Day Pass that only costs 710 Yen a day!

Trains in Japan run at very regular intervals during the day. For Planning I would recommend using Hyperdia. You can use it to look up travel times, route information and ticket prices (and also check how much you can save with the JR-Pass). If you are not yet familiar using it to plan, I would recommend reading our blog post(http://www.jrpass.com/blogs/plan-with-the-hyperdia-online-timetable) about it.
