Hi, i lost my backpack in JR Pass on 29 November. I’m using JR Pas KAIJI 43 time 17.30 from shinjuku to otsuki. Car 12 Seat 14. I put on cabin rack on my head.
The characteristic of bag is black color brand kalibre. There are 4 pasport inside, cap, brown wallet and others.
Please inform me so i can pick up the bag.

Thank you for your message, but unfortunately we are not officially affiliated with the JR Group as we are purely a licensed vendor of the JR Pass, being a UK-based company. My advice would be to contact JR directly, based on where the train departed from so you know which branch (e.g. JR East, West etc.) to contact.
