Hey there,

We are leaving tomorrow for Tokyo and wanted to use our Travel Pass starting the 11th. I see it has to be delivered at home. Is there any way I can have it pick it up in Japan or am I too late to buy my tickets?

Hi there,

We can only send the JR Pass to you by express delivery. We possibly could send the JR Pass to your accommodation in Japan, this however takes 3 business days.
