Dear Sirs,

we will visit Japan from 17.5. to 4.6. We are 4 persons.
I have question how long does it take to receive the voucher in the Czech republic after their ordering.
How long before departure from the Czech rep. you recommend the JR passes?
Is it refundable when from some reason we could not go to Japan?

We are interested in 14 days JR pass.

Yes, the JR Pass is refundable, though a refund fee up to 15-20% of ticket value may apply, depending on purchase conditions.
